Brand and web site design for the newly established David & James Photography. With increasing exposure and a growing client list, David and James' website needed to reflect their professional contemporary style.
Web Site Design
We were asked to develop a content managed website solution which could be updated quickly and easily, keeping the image portfolios fresh and un-cluttered. Our challenge was to push focus towards the images, keeping the website design in the background. The entire website is set on black and features a monochromatic colour palette so as not to distract from the vibrancy of the visuals.
Subtly Artistic
The work of David & James Photography is stylized and creative. Colour is used carefully, and the presence of each image is highly refined. We tried to echo this in the logo design and website structure - simplicity is key. The website consists of a two tier navigational structure making it very easy to find information. Content is well structured, images are beautifully framed, and a font consistency is evident across both the brand and website.
